Exhibitor Fact Sheet
Dates
The conference begins on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 with preconference sessions and committee meetings. The keynote speaker and a full day of presentations is on Thursday, June 18. The conference ends at about noon on Friday, June 19.
Location
Onondaga Community College is located at the southwestern edge of the city, at 4585 W. Seneca Tnpk, Syracuse, NY. The campus can be accessed via Rt. 481 (exit 1) or Rt. 81 (exit 16). For detailed directions, see http://www.sunyocc.edu/admissions.aspx?id=1817.
Facilities – Whitney Atrium (Whitney Applied Technology Building)
· One 6’ table
· Wired network access (no charge)
· Electricity (no charge)
· Exhibit space is in the same building as conference presentation rooms. All breaks will be held in the exhibit area, and poster sessions are on the level above.
Exhibit Fee: $225.00, which includes:
· conference registration & meals for one company representative (see below for how to register)
· acknowledgment in the conference brochure
Sponsorship Opportunities
For greater visibility for your firm, you may wish to sponsor an event. Companies may be full sponsors or co-sponsors. This is also an excellent way to have a significant conference presence if you’re unable to attend in person. All sponsors will be prominently acknowledged at events and in the conference program. Sponsorship costs:
Wednesday afternoon break: $350
Wednesday evening social: $1,500(taken)Thursday breakfast: $1000. (taken)Thursday morning break: $350
Thursday mid-afternoon break: $350
Thursday cocktails: $1,500
Friday breakfast: $500.

NOTE: Exhibit fee is waived for sponsors who contribute $1,000 or more.

Conference Registration & Accommodations
Exhibitors must register for the conference. (Conference registration fee and cost of meals for one company representative is included in the exhibit fee.) All participating exhibitors will receive more detailed information, including directions, parking, set-up/take-down times, etc. once their exhibit fee is received. Contact Barbara if you have any questions in the meantime.
